Returns.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Send it back in a condition we can sell it in and you get your money back, including the original shipping.

How to do it

Write to hello@fregato.it with your order number and we send you the return address. You pay the return postage. Once the case is back with us the refund goes out within a few days, to the same payment method.

If it arrives damaged

Different story. Send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we will sort it out.

If a seam or hinge gives way

Covered for a year. Send us a photo and we replace it, that costs you nothing.
