Returns.

We generally do not take returns. Each case is a single vintage piece that was found, cleaned and photographed as the one you receive, so it cannot simply go back into stock.

That said, talk to us

Write to hello@fregato.it and tell us what happened. We read every message. Depending on the situation we can sometimes arrange a refund or another solution, and we would rather hear from you than have you sit on a piece you are unhappy with.

It is genuinely case by case. We make no blanket promise here, because we would rather keep the one we do make.

If it arrives damaged

Different story. Send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we will sort it out.

If a seam or hinge gives way

Covered for a year. Repairs happen in our own Milano workshop and cost you nothing.
