Shipping is included in the price. No surcharge at checkout, whatever the destination we ship to.

How long it takes

Expect about a week from order to doorstep. Every case is checked and packed by hand before it is sent from Germany.

If something is going to take noticeably longer, we write to you rather than leave you guessing.

Where we ship

Across Europe, to the United States and Canada, and to most of Asia Pacific. The full list appears at checkout, and if your country is missing just ask, we can often add it.

Outside the EU, customs or import duty may be charged on arrival. That part is set by your country, not by us.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email with a direct order-status link as soon as the order is placed.

Once the package reaches your country, the local carrier (DHL in Germany, PostNL in the Netherlands, and so on) takes over and we pass their tracking number to you. The number is added to your order page as soon as we have it.
